About Me

Since a young age, I have been passionate about IT and always knew that this was the field I wanted to pursue. When the internet was not yet available in my hometown, I explored computer files to gain a basic understanding of operating systems. As I grew older, I expanded my skills by learning to program simple HTML websites with some CSS. My passion for programming led me to enroll in an IT-focused high school, where I gained experience in languages such as C++, PHP, JavaScript, and Java. After graduating, I pursued an engineering degree in IT with a specialization in Internet and Mobile Technology. Having completed my undergraduate studies, I am now beginning my master's in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering.

As a Senior Service Desk Analyst, I provided high-level support to end-users, troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring swift resolution to minimize downtime. I served as a primary escalation point for challenging incidents, guiding junior team members, and collaborating with other IT teams to solve problems effectively. My responsibilities included managing and prioritizing tickets, analyzing recurring issues to identify areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance service quality. Additionally, I contributed to knowledge base updates, ensuring consistent support resources.
